Terms and conditions for internet booking(Convenience store)
- 1.Payment accepted at:
- 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart, LAWSON, MINISTOP, Seicomart
- 2.Acceptable payment methods vary, depending on the convenience store. Please confirm requested required payment method before you make any payment.
- 3.If the total amount of payment exceeds 300,000 yen, you cannot make the payment at convenience store.
- 4.For payment at a convenience store, you are requested to complete the purchase procedure from the reservation confirmation screen by the due date.
* If your departure date is the day after the payment deadline, you need to specify [Convenience Store Payment] by 10:00 pm on the day before the departure date, obtain a payment number, and pay by 11:59 pm. - 5.The "receipt" issued by the convenience store will serve as your airplane ticket voucher. Please note that not all the reservation details will be recorded on the receipt.
- *A receipt will be issued as a proof of payment by the convenience store, but if you would like a receipt that is compliant with the invoice system, please use the "Receipt Data Web Display Service".
- 6.Regardless of whether the fare is changed (decrease or increase in fare afterwards), the fare payable is the price shown at the time "payment at convenience store" is selected(*).

- 7.Payment due
The due date varies according to your reservation date.-

- 8.Use your authentication code (*1) and identification items (*2) to check in on the day of your flight.
(*1) Proof that you hold an e-ticket, such as flight number/reservation number or reference number, or the payment slip ("領収書" or "受領書") issued when you paid at a convenience store
(*2) Information such as the phone number given when making the reservation - 9.If you cannot produce your authentication code and identification items on the day of your flight, you must buy a replacement ticket. You will receive a duplicated payment report.
- 10.Passenger names may not be changed. To change, the reservation must be cancelled, and a new reservation and purchase must be made. Cancellations are subject to specified charges.
- 11.Expiration date of air ticket exchange slip ("領収書" or "受領書")
- 1)An air ticket exchange slip is valid on or before the departure time.
- 2)However, air ticket exchange slip ("領収書" or "受領書") that is modified before departure time is valid on or before the new departure time
- 3)With a flight cancelled prior to departure, the air ticket exchange slip will be valid on the issue date of the Ticket and for 1 year (*) from the following day.
- *Definition of the number fo days of 1 year is 365 days.
- 12.Refund of air ticket exchange slip ("領収書" or "受領書")
- 1)Refunds for air ticket exchange slips ("領収書" or "受領書") will be processed if the slip is presented within 10 days following its expiration date.
- *Please contact the Reservation Center if you lost the payment slip.
- 2)A flight that has been purchased at a convenience store will be refunded in cash at a Skymark Airlines airport counter, convenience store(LAWSON) or direct deposit through bank account. Online cancellation is available prior to your departure.
- 3)Cancellations and refunds after a ticket has been purchase will result in a set cancellation and refund charge (JPY500 per passenger for a division of route).
- 4)If no cancellation is made before departure time and no refund procedure is attempted during the refund period, you will not be able to obtain a refund.
- 1)Refunds for air ticket exchange slips ("領収書" or "受領書") will be processed if the slip is presented within 10 days following its expiration date.
- 13.Please complete pre-boarding procedure within 20 minutes before departure. After 20 minutes before departure, the passengers cannot board an airplane even if you purchased a ticket.
- 14.Falsified information is refused when using the Service. If the information you entered is falsified, we may cancel your reservation without any prior notice or your boarding may be denied on the departure date. We may request that you compensate the losses incurred.
