Announcement and Apology Regarding the Forward Seat Web Reservation Service Launch Date[September 2025]

We would like to formally announce that a new official start date has been determined for the Forward Seat Web Reservation Service, which was previously postponed due to a system error.
New Launch Date
Wednesday, September 3, 2025
Reason for Postponement
Our service was originally scheduled to launch on July 16, 2025. However, we had to postpone the start date due to a system failure that occurred during the restart, as we determined it would have been difficult to provide a stable service.
The issue has since been resolved, and preparations for the relaunch are now complete
We sincerely apologize for the long wait and for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are committed to continuing to improve the quality of our services.
Key Highlights of Forward Seat Service Renewal
1. Online Seat Selection and Payment:
You can now select your desired Forward Seat and complete your payment directly on our official website, whether you're using a PC or a smartphone. Previously, these steps required visiting an airport counter or calling our reservation center.
※For your convenience, you can still handle seat selection and payments at our airport counters or through our reservation center if you prefer.
2. Complimentary Bottled Drinks Added:
We're excited to announce that we're adding bottled beverages to our complimentary in-flight selection for Forward Seat passengers. Previously, you could choose one free snack from a selection of four.
Based on popular demand, you now have even more choices to enjoy during your flight.
3. Price Revision:
With the introduction of online reservations and other enhancements, we will be revising the Forward Seat pricing.

Eligible Travel Period for Selection
You can select Forward Seats for flights departing between September 3, 2025 (Wednesday), and Mar 28, 2026 (Saturday).
How to Use the Forward Seat Web Reservation
①Access to Skymark Official Website.
②Select Your Seat: After selecting your desired flight, proceed to the seat selection screen, choose "Forward Seat," confirm the price, and finalize your seat selection.

Handling of Forward Seat Reservations Before and After Web Booking Launch
For customers who have already reserved a Forward Seat prior to September 3, the following will apply:
If you have already reserved your Forward Seat before 11:59 PM on Tuesday, September 2, the old pricing will apply.
※If you have reserved your Forward Seat through the reservation center before 11:59 PM on Tuesday, September 2, please pay the seat selection fee at the airport counter. Despite new prices of ¥1,500 and ¥2,000 for certain sections, your reservation will be subject to the old rate of ¥1,000.Changes (Flight Date, Flight, Seat)
If you have resered a Forward Seat selection (at the ¥1,000 price) before 11:59 PM on Tuesday, September 2, but then make changes to your flight date, flight number, or seat for your own convenience on or after on Wednesday, September 3, the new pricing will apply.
Special Handling for Flight Cancellations or Other Irregularities
If your flight, for which you had a Forward Seat reserved (at the ¥1,000 price) before 11:59 PM on Tuesday, September 2, is canceled or subject to other irregularities, and you are rebooked to a flight on or after on Wednesday, September 3 with a Forward Seat, you will not be charged any additional fees, even if the seat selection fee for the new flight is higher.
