On January 30, 2025, we anticipate a high volume of customer access due to the start of ticket sales for flights scheduled between March 30, 2025, and October 25, 2025. To prevent potential issues caused by heavy traffic, we have implemented a "Virtual Waiting Room." The Virtual Waiting Room is designed to guide customers in order during periods of high access, ensuring smooth reservation operations.

How the Virtual Waiting Room Works

  • 1. Redirecting to the Virtual Waiting Room
    If access volume is high, all customers, including those currently operating the site, will be automatically redirected to the Virtual Waiting Room page. In the Virtual Waiting Room, you can check the estimated waiting time.
  • 2. Proceeding When It’s Your Turn
    When it’s your turn, you will either be automatically redirected to the next page or see a "Proceed to Site" button on your screen. By clicking the button, you can resume your reservation process.
    *Note: Please start your operation within 10 minutes after your turn comes. If you exceed 10 minutes, you will need to re-enter the Virtual Waiting Room queue.
  • 3. Email Notification Feature
    By entering your email address on the Virtual Waiting Room page, you can receive a notification email when it’s your turn.
    *Note: After receiving the notification email, please access the site promptly. If you exceed the time limit, you will need to re-enter the queue. Additionally, please continue your operation using the same browser. You may not be able to proceed if you use a different browser or device.
  • 4. Reservation Confirmation and Cancellation
    The Virtual Waiting Room does not apply to reservation confirmation or cancellation operations, so you can use these features as usual.

Important Notes for Using the Virtual Waiting Room

  • 1. Browser Settings
    When using the Virtual Waiting Room, please enable the Cookie settings in your browser. Additionally, please use the regular mode instead of incognito mode or private mode. Please note that JavaScript must also be enabled. For more details about the required environment, please check here.
  • 2. Actions During the Waiting Period
    While waiting, you can browse other pages or apps. However, please check notifications and your screen to ensure you can resume operations promptly when it’s your turn.
  • 3. If You Close the Page
    If you accidentally close the page during the waiting period, you can return to your original position in the queue by accessing the site again using the same browser. However, if you are using incognito or private mode, you will need to re-enter the queue from the beginning.
    Regarding Mobile Sleep Mode: Your queue number will be retained even if your mobile device enters sleep mode. However, once it’s your turn, please start your operation within 10 minutes.
  • 4. Seat Availability Search Operations
    ・Once you move to the seat availability search page, you will have 15 minutes to complete your operation.
    ・You can perform reservation operations as many times as you like within the time limit.
