Thank you for your continued support and loyalty to Skymark Airlines.

Based on the comprehensive partnership agreement with Ibaraki Prefecture, Skymark will begin exclusive in-flight sales of sake from four breweries within the prefecture, featuring "Skymark Original Designs" on cup sake, starting Friday, May 1, 2026.

About the Project

To share the charms of Ibaraki Prefecture—one of the Kanto region's premier sake-producing areas—with customers nationwide, we have collaborated with four local breweries, each known for their unique brewing styles. We will offer a "relay-style" in-flight sales program, featuring a signature sake from each brewery for a three-month period.

These premium Junmai sakes, carefully brewed using Ibaraki rice, will be served in "Skymark Original Design" cups created exclusively for this project.
After finishing your drink, the cups are yours to keep as a memento of your journey.

Sold at room temperature for easy handling as a souvenir, you can enjoy them at home however you like—chilled, at room temperature, or gently warmed (Atsukan).

Details of Phase 1
“Skymark Cup Sake Series: Ibaraki Local Brew #01
– Kankoubai no Shizuku” / 600 yen (tax included)

We have filled a special Skymark original cup with a signature creation from Yoshikubo Brewing Co.、Ltd., a long-established brewery in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, dating back to the Edo period. This dry Junmai sake is crafted from 60% polished "Miyama Nishiki"—a premium sake rice grown under contract—offering a rich, full-bodied umami that highlights the natural beauty of the rice.

Design Concept for Phase 1

The design features a pop-art style depiction of Ibaraki's famous specialty, natto(fermented soybeans), reimagined as a rainbow stretching across the sky. It reflects our wish for the aircraft to "persistently cross the threads (challenges) and spread the charms of Ibaraki beyond." New designs will be released sequentially, so please enjoy collecting them as mementos of your travels.
