Today, we were ordered to report on measures to prevent recurrence by September 19, 2023, after receiving Administrative Guidance from the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau, part of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, in response to the incident that the maintenance procedure was conducted without conducting legal alcohol testing before the maintenance work as stipulated in the maintenance rules and work rules happened on June 19, 2023, at Fukuoka Airport.
