Safety information for sudden turbulence

During the flight, we may experience unexpected turbulence.
To ensure your safety, we ask for your cooperation.

Always keep your seat belt fastened

After stowing your carry-on baggage, please take your assigned seat and fasten your seat belt tight and low, ensuring it is not twisted.
Once the aircraft begins taxiing, do not use the lavatory until the seat belt sign is off.
We recommend using the restroom in the terminal before boarding.
Even when the seat belt sign is off, please keep your seat belt fastened tight and low at all times while seated to prepare for any unexpected turbulence.

In case of sudden turbulence when not seated, please secure yourself.

Grip the seat back of a nearby seat.
Take the nearest empty seat and fasten your seat belt.
Hold onto the armrest from below to prevent your body from lifting up.
If you are in the lavatory, hold onto the handle.
