November 1996	Skymark Airlines Co., Ltd.(former) was established in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
February 1998	Applied for periodic air transportation business license to Ministry of Transport.
May 1998	Opened Fukuoka Airport Branch within Fukuoka Airport. Moved headquarters to 1-22-5 Hamamatsucho-cho, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
June 1998	Opened Haneda office within Tokyo International Airport.
July 1998	Opened Tokyo Airport Branch within Tokyo International Airport. Acquired regular air transport business license.
August 1998	Received the first aircraft 767-300ER from Boeing.
September 1998	Commenced Haneda - Fukuoka route.
May 2000	Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers.
July 2000	Moved headquarters to 2-4-1 Hamamatsucho-cho, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
September 2000	Began providing its own below-the-wing operations (ground cargo and passenger handling) and aircraft maintenance between flights.
July 2002	Acquired international transportation business permit.
August 2002	Inaugurated international charter flight Haneda - Seoul route.
October 2004	Moved headquarters to 1-30-5 Hamamatsucho Minato-ku, Tokyo.
November 2004	Merged with Zero Corporation.
December 2005	Introduced the B737-800 aircraft.
October 2006	Changed name from Skymark Airlines Co., Ltd. to Skymark Co., Ltd.
December 2008	Moved headquarters to 1-5-5 Haneda Airport, Ota-ku, Tokyo.
September 2009	Established a flight crew training facility (full flight simulator) at the headquarters and started training at its own facility. Unified possessed aircrafts to B737-800.
October 2009	Established a cabin crew training facility (mock up) at headquarters and started training at its own facility.
June 2012	Moved headquarters to 3-5-7 Haneda Airport, Ota-ku, Tokyo.
November 2013	Listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
June 2014	Commenced Haneda - Fukuoka route by A330-300 model.
January 2015	Filed petition for civil rehabilitation proceedings.
September 2015	Rehabilitation plan approved.
March 2016	Completed civil rehabilitation proceedings.
November 2016	Moved headquarters to 3-5-10 Haneda Airport, Ota-ku, Tokyo.
November 2019	Commenced the first scheduled international flight Narita - Saipan route.
December 2022	Listed on the Growth Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
