The process from reserving a ticket to boarding your plane.
Please read this before boarding.

From Reservation to Boarding

The following guide shows the process from reservation to payment, boarding procedures, and departure.

Reservation

    Please complete check-in procedures at auto check-in machine or our service counter 20 minutes prior to departure(*).

    • *Flights departing from Haneda Airport require check-in at least 30 minutes before departure.

    Once completed,boarding pass will be issued.

    Boarding

    Please come to the boarding gate no later than 10 minutes prior to departure.

    • *You will not be able to board your flight if you do not come to the boarding gate by this time.
